Anyone know if factory bluetooth & universal audio interface can be added to a car that came from factory without?
Car has the PCM with Nav. & is a 2009

Yes to both. I had bluetooth already, but added the factory UAI which did not come with my car. UAI install didn't take long.

If you're doing at the stealership, expect to pay at least 20% premium over a high end aftermarket installer.

Yup, they do need to be activated with PIWIS and I don't think an indy can do that.
