I'm back to Porsche............for good!!

Laddies and Gents,

Hope this post finds you all well.

After being gone for the past 3 years, I will be the proud owner of a 2011 C4S in the next week or so (no pics yet). The car is on the way from Atlanta, with a dealer trade being worked out.

I could not be happier, although I have no big complaints about my rides these past three years (2088 BMW 7 series, and 1966 vette). I am also buying a 2011 Cayenne as my daily driver.

Hope to post some pics in the near future, but just wanted to stop in and say hello and hope to be in touch on the boards every now and then.

Take good care.

the vette has a potential buyer coming in from penn. tomorrow. if all works out, it will be sold. sorry to see her go, but quite frankly, i've had two vettes now, a 2007 and a 1966. Both nice cars, but never felt safe in those rides. The porsche has always felt tight and in control. More than any other car i have owned.

Here is a pic, but I hope to posting my new rides next!!

So when did the 2011 models hit dealerships? I didn't realize they had yet - congratulations on the new car!

Too bad you have to sell it, I am sure it is one vehicle that will retain it's value.

Hey --I remember you from the Turbo forum . Good to see you back . Congrats on the car.

Illinicane Jul 11, 2010 09:47 PM

don't really have to sell it, just don't drive it enough to keep it and let her sit all year long. add to this my two car garage.

thanks.

That's my boy, Winston. Greatest dog I've ever had. Just smart, loving, kind and loves to fetch. What more can a man ask for from his best friend!! :)
