I was always sceptical about aftermarket claims with their mods.This one is a real find! It works wonderfully well with the X51 kit which I retrofitted a few months back!!
1. Noise with the PSE button on is sensational esp. when going thru a tunnel!
2. The car definitely feel a bit lively esp. both midrange and topend. The only downside is it is quite awkward to fit without taking the rearbumper off.
I think the pipes from Sharkwerks is cheaper and probably easier to fit but I wonder whether it sounds as good as the Tubistyle!

The primary muffler is a big killjoy for the DFI 997

The two pipes are welded together which makes it a bit very difficult to fit it inside your own garage

Once fitted, it hide underneath the rearbumper perfectly

I had driven 300 miles+ So far no rattles or resonance. Look forward to add sports cats and headers but there aren't anyone doing one yet except Supersprint---The cost is a bit silly---almost 5000euros before tax!

hehe fausto (the owner of Tubi) was a bit "sorry" about having the same exhaust as us but their side mufflers are neat They should sound pretty much the same since Tubi did design it the same way as ours (almost). I think ours is a bit easier to install since the overall shape isn't as large if you know what I mean.

 

I did considered this combo but I opt for the cheaper option (Just replacing the primary muffler) in case it didn't work!

I am very happy with the result!!!
Leave the PSE off it is quiet enough to cruise at motorway speed. Push the sport button or PSE, the car just sounds tremedous!

I will start another thread re:sports cats as I am not really into tuning with aftermarket parts but this may just re-start my previous addiction many moons ago!!
