Call EVOMS. They make a vin specific flash for your DME.
They will know what they did to it however it could have been re-flashed at the dealer afterwards.
If you suspect that, send it back to them to check the coding and re-flash if necessary.
If you are asking if there is a end user tool to tell if the original code has been modified I don't think so.
As far as proof that it was done you will need documentation from EVOMS.
