This is of no great importance, but for clarification; Carrara White is spelled with an 'a', not with an 'e', as in Carrera.

 

Actually thinking of vinyling my black S to matte white just for s*&ts

 

the problem for white is all clear bras and the side fender bras will yellow over time. the sideskirts for 997 has a strange texture and that will get yellowed over time also.

the car doesn't look as dirty when it's super dirty
the car doesn't look super clean when it's super clean.

so it still takes a good effort to maintain white color , but not as demanding as black.
