Selling my 2006 C4S Cab

Hi guys. I am selling my 2006 C4S Cab.

What can I expect to get for it?
It has just under 32,000 miles, fully loaded (nav, chrono package, seats with embossed logo, etc), GT3 nose, Smarttop module, bluetooth and ipod integration, and an evoms intake.

Here are some pics:

No warranty left but I believe you can get an aftermarket warranty for 2-3 grand for a couple years. I really don't see the need though...

You might not see the need but believe me your potential buyers will.

I say start at 58-60k. Good luck.

Hmm.. that may be a tad too expensive. I just bought (from a dealer specialized in High end luxury cars) a 2006 C4S Coupe with 36,000 miles for $47K. It is absolutely mint and has all the options you can dream of, plus an embedded K40 radar detector (front and rear). Of course, it is not a convertible, but then I do not care much for convertibles.

$59-60K seems to be the asking price for CPO '06 4S cabs at the moment. Reasonable place to start, but expect to haggle or wait for an uninformed buyer.

55-ish is about right for private party sale no warranty. You wont see a return on the gt3 front unless the person is actually looking for that mod.

It will sell fairly quick at $49K - $51K - private pary sale. $55K - $60K if the car was being sold by a Porsche dealer with CPO. CPO is worth an additional $2500 but the dealer will add extra mark up because they can and they can also sit on the car for a bit. I was looking at 05 - 06 C2S and bought an '05 6 mos ago. There is a perceived premium on the 4WD models so you may be able to extract a few thousand extra - even in Feb in S. Cal. Good luck. Nice car!

Had the same car and sold it over a year ago and was a mistake. I could have driven it another year without taking too much of a hit. That being said in NJ when the 1st 70 degree day hits cab season begins. Your car would sell then@ 53k to 54k private party, quickly.Right now, 50K.

Having recently been on the buying side of a similar car, an asking price in the high 50s seems to be the norm. That being said, several cars I looked at that simply didn't have the options I was personally looking for seem to be sitting on dealer lots for extensive periods of time. I'd agree with NYCPCAR that a price in the 50-53 range would move it quickly.
