Hey Guys,
Picked my new baby up last week - here are some pics...

Basic mods done so far - tint, lowered (H&R springs), blacked out exhaust tips, and "Carrera S" symbol, clear euro turn signal lights, gloss black painted Carrera Sport wheels...

Car looks great. Like to see some pix with a less extreme lens. Good luck

Nice... I like the rear badge. Thinking about that for mine

Nice car. Agree with lens comment and suggest watching your background. A good photo incorporates the background into the subject. We do not often notice background problems because our mind sees the subject. The camera sees everything in the field of view. Photogs learn to see what the camera sees.

I am the furthest thing from a professional photographer lol - just wanted to get some up to share...

Just pulled into a parking lot on my way home from the shop and snapped some pics... I hope to get some professional ones done sometime soon.

Thanks for the compliments - I am very excited about joining the Porsche family.

Sorry, did not mean to sound critical. Just offering a suggestion.

Have fun with the car!

What I do like and commend you on is that the wheels look good - so often a car with black wheels have the wheels so dead and obscured that it looks terrible. Yours look great in these photos. While you may not be a pro, the shots make your car look good and show off the features well.

Your deep depth of field is why the background is too prominent, but at least you can see all of your car in focus as opposed to using too shallow a depth of field where only the the front field of the car is sharp while 90% of it is a blur - I don't care for that extreme either. And sure, getting a complimentary background is best when possible, but in general these shots show the car well and it looks very nice - can't argue with that too much.

From a pro photo standpoint, there are plenty of issues like a high ISO, noise, etc - but I bet you didn't use a tripod or a pro camera (maybe a phone) - still, the car looks damn fine and that's the point.

Very nice looking car. Congrats.
