Where to try out LC in the Bay Area??

Where to try out LC in the Bay Area??
I am trying to see if anyone has some idea for where will be a good place to "responsibly" test out the Launch Control. I live in the Dublin/Pleasanton area so any good stretch of road which is safe and cop free?? 
I want wife and kids to at least try it out a couple of times just for kick.
