Well, she found your car, she knows your address, she's obviously stalking you. Now the question is: to what end is she stalking you? Does she want to kill you because you have a better car, or does she want to...ahh....try to fit into the back seat, so to speak. 
Also, did the envelope go to you personally, or just the address? Did it have any return address or postage? If it didn't have either, someone put it in your mailbox personally, which would freak me out (unless it's your wife/girlfriend). If this chick was dumb enough to put a decent return address, she deserves whatever sick revenge you can come up with. (just pm me if you need some ideas) If it was sent from a post office, that makes it a little more difficult, but it'll have the name of the post office, and that will provide a starting distance. For instance, if it's from florida, unless things got worse, I'd consider her a harmless nut. If it's from the post office right down the street, then that's a little different.
But then, I have kind of a suspicious world-view. Maybe she just wants to indulge in some extracurricular activities.

Hey, you said you got it in the mail. I suppose I should have known, because nobody uses paper mail anymore.
