Holy cow you really think so...what do you think on an 09 C4S 30k miles PDK $111k sticker car?

Mileage? Great deal! Seems like 'sold' porsches sell for below KBB.

MINT low mileage 05 loaded 997 cab around the corner from me at the BMW dealership priced $5K under KBB PRIVATE party price been there for some time now...would be a great pickup but looking for manual. NOT a good sign considering its being sold in one of the epic centers (Scottsdale) of 'premium sports cars' and money.

I find that contrary to what users have been posting on this thread...and would not consider ebay and cragslist a great reference for values. When you check completed auctions for 997s (particularly 05-07) models...the only 'sold' porsches are in the high 20K range with higher mileage. What people are asking for their cars is not necessarily what they are worth or what people are buying them for.My recent thread (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...97-prices.html) is a much better indicator of market conditions if anything and it seems like everyone (correct me if I am wrong) is paying sub KBB on every deal listed here in the recent weeks of purchase.

It had 33.5k miles and is manual. It's red which some people say is hard to sell but I wanted anything that was not silver, black, or any variation of the latter.
I'm happy!

Many of the cars I really liked but thought overpriced are still for sale today.
I would have gone to $65k if I could have had a 997.2 but couldn't find one in the color I wanted.
eBay and Craigslist were the least helpful resources for me.

For $53k I got sport chrono, PSE, bose(waste), & Carrera sport wheels. Full leather would have been the jackpot, but I was happy.

That's a great deal for the Mileage Arianla. Be very happy.

The biggest issue I found was buying a car with the color combo you want.

I was the opposite.. I didn't want red/silver/yellow.. so was left with only black or blue or possibly dark gray. I found the red/burgundy and silver 997's seem to be priced lower than black cars so perhaps they are harder to sell.

So wanting red was a blessing for you
