What is front offset on a 997.1 C2S with PCCB

Hi there

OK daft question I am trying to find out what offset my car runs at the front, it is a 2006 model C2S with PCCB upgrade.

Does anyone know what the offset would be or how I can find out?
I need this because I am taking off the ceramics and want to try some steels, but Wizard has informed me GT3 front disc and Turbo front disc have different offsets and only one will fit my car. So I need to know if a C2S with PCCB has the same front offset as a GT3 or Turbo before I potentially go buying disc which won't fit.

Please help. :)

P.S. If anyone knows anybody selling a set of take off front ceramics (350mmx34mm) for a 997 let me know. ;)

My front offset is 57 :)

So GT3 and Turbo owners, what is your front offset please?

Your front is probably 8.0 x 19 et 57

GT3 front 8.5 x 19 et 53
TT front 8.5 x 19 et 56

I'm assuming you are talking about rotor (disc) offsets? The Turbo and GT3 have different front rotor offsets and although there is only 1mm difference, if you don't want to modify your stuff you will need Turbo rotors.

Thanks, yep all seems to be pointing that Turbo rotars are a direct swap for ceramics on a C2S with PCCB upgrade if keeping the larger calipers.

Don't suppose you know which pads are compatible do you? I've been told buying 997.2 GT3 pads all round will fit fine, is this true?

Hi there

From researching, if your converting a C2S with PCCB to steels, then the following works:-

Rear disc - 997 Turbo or GT3 is fine!
Front disc - Only 997.1 Turbo is compatible due to offsets at front.

Or of course you can just convert back to the stock C2S calipers, disc and pads, but of course they are smaller, less powerful and dont look as good.

Pads wise I am still not sure, front PCCB calipers are 6 pot and rear 4 pot, is this the same as Turbo and GT3, meaning the pads from those cars will fit?
