Show your Guards Red 997's
 

On other auto forums people start threads to post a specific color of a car.
Since I have a "new to me" Guards Red 997 I would love to see what other owners cars look like.

I'm thinking of going with red/silver theme instead of red/black but it would be nice to see what others have done.

Sorry if this has been done before or there is a gallery I missed somewhere.

Black wheels look great! Hard to tell in pictures which wheels those are. The lowering looks great.

Here's mine. Old pics from when I first got it, but only minor updates since then. I've added colored crests on wheels and ceramic coated (black) exhaust tips.

Nice! Do you have stock seatbelts as well as harnesses for driving on the street? Or do you only drive this car on the track?

stock seat belts also..I drive to the track and back (fingers crossed) in the car.

first time I went on the track with the harnesses I forgot to engage the seat belt. In the pits the alarm started sounding and it drove me crazy during the session. Luckily we got black flagged after about 10 minutes and I jumped out and set seat belts so ringing stopped.

Very cool... I want to do something similar at some point. Want to be able to drive to the track and drive home! But I also use the back seats for a car seat, so I'm not quite ready yet :)

My first post. I bought my 2007 C4S 6 speed Guards Red with 29K miles in March of this year. Black full leather interior, red seat belts. Was a little hesitant at first to go with red, but it has really grown on me and now all other colors are inferior :). I bought my first red car 22 years ago. Blacks and grey in between. I've come full circle. Lately I seem to have my family in this car more than the SUV. My girls, 8 and 11, love it.

Love the interior trim strip in red.
I will do the center console since I think its easier and cheaper to get painted.
