Get the Cup lip from GMG. It's made of PU and extremely flexible. I scrape mine every day and it's still holding up strong.

I'm partial to the duck tail but with your car any tail's going to look great.

I'm ordering the duck tail - your car has convinced me its the best looking tail possible. I've ready hooked up with Getty. I'm leaving tomorrow for the holidays and we've arranged an order for my return first week if January. STOKED!

Regarding the front, I'm already hitting bottom withy new bumper underfitment parts given my new bumper. Thinking now of the TPC turbo setup - January 2013!

I'm not feeling the diffuser because of the sharp angular corners.

I opted for no duck tail and love my machine the way it is with the original lines.

So is that front bumper the suncoast aerokit front bumper? If so you cut it for the vent? Did you manage to get it color matched perfectly? I have a repainted stock bumper and under certain lighting conditions the reflections from the arctic silver do not match. Sometimes looks too light, sometimes looks too dark. Thus I'm thinking of getting the aerokit bumper as I want to repaint anyway.

Yes, it's OEM from Suncoast and the GT3 vent from Rennline along with the cutting template.

ah cool. Is the vent something you would recommend as far as the mod and fitting? Would you do it the same again? I could go either way as far as looks.

Yes, absolutely! Fitment is perfect and I believe it's OEM, or so I think.

Thanks for following up your posts. Just got my 997 and putting on the Aero front bumper now. I did read about the recommendation of an aftermarket spoiler due to the change in aerodynamics. I was wondering if you had any input on that?

I really have not noticed any difference with the added downforce on the front at speed but then I haven't had it much over 100 MPH and not sure if that's where it would impact the rear application of downforce. Just the same it's not really an issue to the extent I'd put a wing of duck tail on it. Might impact if you're tracking the car and at high speed

I don't think I'll be doing either, so that's reassuring.
