They liked the lighter front end of the 911 because they said it needs less power assist which gives better feel... I d rather be a better driver with a 1/2 second slower car that has some driver feel than a faster lap time because of all the cars electronics and systems. Unless I was driving the track for a living,, then I ll take the faster car, LOL! No doubt they are all great cars.

This has been common knowledge for about 5 years (for GT-R owners).
But if that were the case, see other post regarding Ford GT (or Chevy ZR-1 + Cobalt, SLS AMG and a $30k CLA, R8V10 + A1).
All of these vehicles have unique traits that are sought after for different reasons.
Since I'm not in the know for GTR's my ignorance for repairs shows. I did make an assumption. But since I wouldn't own one...I guess it really doesn't matter. There is no appeal for me in this car or Corvette's.
