I have owned Audi's for years but this is my first Porsche.
Purchased the car last week & am loving it so far.
Car is in great shape. Truly like new except for some front end stone chips. It passed a PPI with no issues & had no issues on the DME report.
Owned for the past 5 years by a local guy who is a retired nuclear engineer. Super smart guy who is into Porsches & other nice cars. He also has a Cayenne Turbo S & recently sold a Quattroporte too.
Details:
'05 911 Carrera S coupe
3.8l engine
6 speed
PASM
power/heated seats
sunroof
Bose
It does have a few mods:
Softronic tune
X51 headers
AWE 200 cell cats
short shifter
RSS UDP
94k miles but looks, runs & drives like new.
Previous owner was meticulous about maintenance & repairs.
Glad to be a part of this forum & hopefully will have something to contribute soon.
Thanks.
RMS was not done by the last owner, but not sure about the original owner.
My PPI showed a very slight weep possibly but I was told it was nothing to worry about yet. I will monitor it & do that & the IMS if/when I need to do the clutch.

Beautiful. Welcome aboard.
I've got an 05s2 as well. Sports Chrono, Fabspeed tips & cold air, yellow belts & console, self dim mirrors, adaptive sport seats, heated seats, nav & Bose. Just waiting on a Misha ducktail.
Tons o'fun. Enjoy!
For the stone chips, try Dr.Color Chip. Excellent color matching.

Did you mean IMS?
Regardless, not every 2005 had this problem, and with 97k miles, this one seems ok.
This car is nicely equipped, and based on my experience with 200 cell cats, should sound really good!
Enjoy, and drive the car like it is meant to be driven!

Welcome and congrats on your purchase it looks amazing
We need a few more pictures when you get a chance. What are your plans for modifications ? I would consider a LED Lighting Kit. Enjoy, it's a great looking car.
