Time flies when you're having fun...
So, I bought my car a bit less than two months ago... '08 Carrera S with about 30K miles on the odometer... Today, I passed 40K miles. Just goes to show one thing: I need to drive more.
Damn, I love this car. |

Haha. Glad to see you're enjoying it. It's meant to be driven and enjoyed!!!! It's not hard to put a lot of miles on a car in this state! Sorry I didn't get to catch up with you in Austin during the sports car weekend at COTA. That event wore me out! I should be down there at the end of Nov. If you're ever in Big D, give me a shout.

I had motorcycles forever and it was a Badge of Honor to have high miles on your bike.
At least to me. I never ever think, I don't want to drive it, so I can keep the miles down. My brother drove it last winter out to Iowa, snow tires...curb rashed the right rear...he had a Blast. I enjoyed knowing he had a Blast! When I sell it though, it was Garage Kept. Which it was. |
Actually, just realized I bought it on September 5th, so that's 10,000 miles in 6 weeks... Not too shabby, but still need to drive more.

i put about 1300-1400 miles a month on mine during the summer season and i thought i drove alot more then avg... WOW.
glad you are enjoying the car. |

At this pace we should get started on building your supercharger kit for you before you get tired of your car! :D
