So just added some mods...Fister/headers/plenum/throttle body/new water pump/recent evo intake....car sounds and performs great....noticed its running a little warmer now even with "normal" driving hwy or city.....any thoughts as to why?

maybe air in the coolant that finally burped out and now low on coolant?

Did you replace the T-stat?

Yea I've burped it twice and added more coolant...good there. Some months ago I put in a 3rd radiator and 160 degree thermostat

I would doubt that it's running lean, (that would be my big concern) as ecu would normally compensate for those mods. 160 thermostat should have messed it up on the too cool side. That leaves the water pump installation. How much warmer are you talking here? Btw, I've done similar mods w/o temp issues, albeit w Revo flash. It ran warmer for first 5 mins on the pkwy and then temps dropped to normal where they stayed. Fuel consumption up a bit. I might lose the thermostat (my pet peeve unless you live at the racetrack) and flash it but you need to make sure the water pump is up to snuff imho.
