I had a new water pump installed at about 7k miles. Other than that it has been perfect.

RMS isnt an issue with 997s, and no probs thus far on my 06 S with 1200 miles....knock on wood.

997s seems to hold up better than my old Turbo and Turbo S and 996 Cab

I sold my 05 997 with 10,500 miles (I ordered an 06 997S Club Coupe). After I had the NAV installed, my car reported multiple system faults and the cruise control didn't work. It took two tries to fix it, but I never suffered from an power train issue (electrical only).
