Steering wheel heater will not yurn off

Can anyone help me? The steering wheel heater on my 2011 911S will not turn off. The message on the dash signifying whether the heater is on or off seems to be inoperable as well. I cannot find any mention if there is a fuse I can pull. Meanwhile the steering becomes so hot I can barely hold it.

Take it to the dealer. Probably a bad relay and am betting they'll fix it for free.
