Speaker Cover Replacement

Has anyone ever done a replacement of their speaker cover without replacing the whole door panel? I somehow got a crack in my passenger door speaker cover and know it's going to bug me if not repaired. Hoping fixing a cheap plastic piece isn't going to turn into a $1,000+ bill.

Bummer. It's not a speaker cover. The cover is integrated into the door panel. It would probably be cheaper to have it covered in leather!

Look in the marketplace for a used panel. Plenty of people do track conversions, dropping weight. The door panels are often parted out.

Well...I definitely need to either live with the cracked grille or learn how to plastic weld in the piece from a salvage door panel. Suncoast kindly looked up the cost for a new panel. $3,211!!!! I can only shake my head.

Find a good interior repair guy. It's pretty incredible the things they can do.
