A brother mentioned, though unverified, that piwis can be programed bose or non bose. Is this right? If it is does this not make upgrading the bose system alot easier? There should be a wiring harness, none bose, that can be installed to allow a clean install of a new head unit, amp and speakers. Im preparing for this...im thinking of installing pionner nex line

 

I didnt say anything about harness and why you think it "should be" I don't know. harness will do your installers, will buy plug, pins, wires, and make all together
