Help Needed: Thunk when depressing clutch
Hi everyone,
I posted this on Rennlist, but also wanted to try my question here. I just purchased a used 2010 997 C2S. When depressing the clutch, usually from neutral to 1st gear, I feel and hear a light clunk. This seems to happen only when I disengage the clutch and only sporadically. Is this normal? Also, when I press the pedal down, I can push a bit harder and the pedal moves maybe an additional 1/2 inch. Could there be slack in my clutch pedal where the clutch that is causing this or this a sign of the clutch going bad? Thanks guys!
