it should; you would have to re-route the exhuast tips; but all mounting points including the rear support bracket SHOULD be identical.
if there are some minor differences in mounting points normally an extra 2 holes (one on each side) on the bumper OR the car mounting point would be needed. the width of the turbos and the NA widebodies are the same so the bumper should be the same width overall.
i have seen wide body rear bumpers mounted on non-widebody cars and it does look a bit off (too wide for the fenders). u SHOULD have no problems.

yes c4s wide body should be same dimension as turbo you will need to re-route the exhaust(s)
