New 997.2 owner

Hi everyone,

I have been lurking here for quite a while. But I just bought my 2009 997.2 last week. It had 39,000 miles, and very well cared for. I have changed the motor oil with the help of the DIY on this site - Mobile1 0w40.

I look forward to the future tips and will be tackling Gundo, and spark plugs in the coming weeks. I'll let someone else do the coolant and brake bleeding to complete my 40k service, too much mess for me.

Thanks!

John A.

(no good pics ... yet..too busy driving)

yes - good point - but I think I will go with spacers first, and possibly some light blue stripes. Any suggestions on where to get the side markers ?

Thanks ! PDK.... it's fun, fast... I do like 6 spd, but figured I should get into the modern times and see how PDK is
I am not disappointed.

Ours came from Suncoast. Best $40-45 you'll ever spend. Takes all of 2-3 minutes to install. My wife's is black-on-black Cabriolet S.
