New TPS installed but won't reset? User Error?

I just bought 4 new sensors and had to tires replaced. When I reset my TPS in the menu it says that it's set but never shows the tire pressure. I've driven it pretty much all over town yesterday at least 60 miles and it never appeared. Is there more to it?

Make sure your old TPMS are not in the car, that happened to me a few years ago when the old ones were in the trunk.

No there not in the car....how long does it take to reset after they're installed?

Can you elaborate on "took forever"? :)

Just want to make sure I've waited long enough before I start blaming them and having them replace it :)

this just happened to me when i had them replaced with a new set of tires. There are several revisions for the car that all look alike and it took my mechanic working with Porsche directly to get the right ones, once replaced they locked in about 500 feet!
