Problem: GT3TEK Spoilers
Astur- did you get your refund yet?
Today marked 59 days since the saga, we would like to know if you get your money back and when? Don't let this thread die without the result from both sides

I believe the OP is from Puerto Rico which was blasted by hurricanes. It's fair to assume that he still is unable to use the internet or phone since there's no power. Plus updating this thread would be secondary to the devastation, just offering another side...

I'm lucky enough to be retired and have means, so I'm currently in Madrid, Spain where I'll probably remain until at least en of year.
BTW and if you're curious... I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PROMISED FULL REFUND.
You just want to create an account and the very first post is to praise a poor customer service vendor, really? I smell something fishy here.
First thing I looked for was a common ip, which there isn't...However, that is still the only post by that user so there is an aroma for sure...I can't believe that GT3 Tek didn't resolve this a long time ago...frankly, it is embarrassing
I think you should actually return the title back to "SCAM ALERT". holding one's money for 2.5 months without a refund or product definitely sounds like that OP got scammed to me, irregardless of other's experiences.
There is no question this customer received poor service but according to the company he was also difficult to reason with...I know...no excuse for poor service...however, poor service in one instance does not come anywhere close to being a scam and it would be grossly unfair to characterized it as such.

Really! And yet through all of this GT3 Tek has not stepped up to defend himself, give his account...nothing. This speaks volumes as well. I still side with Astur on this.

In all of these instances where someone joins the forum and first post is to flame a vendor that has sponsored this forum for some time and has had no other complaints, we are cautious, as we should be...not saying this about Astur but there are a lot of individuals out there on the web that employ cyber blackmail to take advantage of companies...we have worked for a resolution of this matter and have put forth a lot of effort on Astur's behalf...I wish that both parties involved were more communicative...Astur has an excuse with the hurricane destruction in PR.
