Just curious ti know how reliable are these turbo and SC kits when installed at a dealer? The car before installation all ready has around 35k miles.

I put a VF on an 05 997 Carrara and it ran great, even tracked the car a few times. The only area that needs to be thought through is how best to manage the crank case oil vapors. Some designs route this back into the fresh air inlet side which I never liked as it fouled the clean air. We modified the design and used an external filter. I have heard great things about the TPC too. Remember, naturally aspirated engines cannot handle too much boost....so whichever way you go, keep the psi moderate.

Ideally, you'd lower the compression ratio of the motor before adding forced induction. That's what RUF did on my supercharger setup.

I have a 997 C4S w TPC turbo kit. I think Tom told me the boost is about 5 pounds. Mine is doing well.
