PCM 3.0 Won't Turn On
 

Hi all, I've searched and read all the posts regarding PCM 3.0 doesn't turn on but nothing helps in my scenario. My radio/nav stopped turning on with a long press to the left nob all a sudden. I checked the 15amp fuse (circled below) on the most far right on the last row, and it is fine, and I tried to replace with the spare fuse and no luck. Is this the right fuse or is there any other fuse I need to check? I tried to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect, tried both key 1 & 2 no luck as well. Is there anything else I can try?

No I haven't. I am planning to pull the PCM out and take a look. I can't find any info regarding PCM 3.0 what could be the cause.
