I have 9 DE and 1 autoX on my 997S and never had to change or add coolant. For stock 19" wheels start out cold pressures for a autoX at 32 front and 35 rear. Check hot and keep them below 40...38 is really good. For solo group hot laps at a DE start out at 29front and 30 rear for hot summer air/track temps.
I have a 06 997,4 autox's never had a coolant problem,But I did need to add oil around a year into owning the car.I only have 5k on the car.
Air ,I put in whatever the porsche says to put in.What you need to do is after your first run look to see if there is wear on the side walls. If not your good if you want more grip lower it a little but after the run always look to see if the side walls a not scuffed.
