My 07 Twin Turbo ZO6 10.3 @152mph
Pics and info below. I drove to the track last thursday and ran 10.3 @152mph with 16psi boost, 11.5deg timing. Was going to start out conservative and work my way up but the track told me to leave and not come back . Well, they said I could come back once I had a certified cage, nhra license, harnesses and a parachute.

With 3000 miles on the clock I disassembled my ZO6 for a twin turbo build. So far it has made 854rwhp/750rwtq at 13psi boost on 93 octane. More to come when I upgrade the tires.
Here is the basic parts list-
427ci engine, World Warhawk block, LS7 crank, Callies compstar rods, CP pistons (coated), pvd coated stainless top ring/ductile second ring, coated bearings.
ETP LS7 heads, 6 bolts per cyl, PSI valvesprings, Xceldyne retainers/locks, Smith Bros pushrods, LS7 rockers w/harland sharp bearing upgrade, Comp Cam hyd roller, Morel link bar lifters. LS7 intake manifold.
Modified LS7 oil pan w/extra pickup going to external -12 a/n port. Internal volume reduced. Belt driven 3 stage external pump. 2 stages for turbo scavenging, 1 larger section as an additional scavenge stage to the engine (hence the extra pickup in the pan).
APS twin turbo system w/ceramic coated manifolds and turbo housings.
McLeod RXT twin disc clutch and Quick time bellhousing.
Driveshaft shop axles/hubs, diff output shafts, driveshaft.
RPM Level 5 T6060
Eboost 2 controller w/gear based boost control.
HP tuners 2.5bar Speed Density operating system.

Thanks guys, it is alot of fun. With the gear referenced boost control it's actually very tractable on the stock runflat tires. It ran 10.6 @141 on my "street" boost settings and stock tires-
1st gear 6psi
2nd gear 8psi
3rd gear 10psi
4th gear 11psi
The 60ft time on the 10.3 run was 1.883. Much room for improvement but the best I could do on my one and only pass of the day.
