I have been shopping for months on finding a nice white 05/06 not abused white e55 to replace my m3 as my 4-door daily driver. Can't seem to find one that is well taken cared of, not abused and at the right price.

With all this talk about the new c-class (which I have always hated) for their crappy interior space and ugly design, I decided to go drive a new c-class. I actually like the new look and have been now inching towards the upcoming c63 amg car.

Price is about the same as a used e55 and I really need a 4-door car so the new m3 is out.

Are dealers taking spots for these cars or are they going to be readily available? I will want a white or gun-metal c63 amg.

which car is faster stock? e55 or the new c63?

They're going to be veeeery close. C63 weighs less by about 400lbs, but is a little bit underpowered, and the 55 series engine has a better power/torque curve. I think the new C class looks good, and the C63 looks downright sick, but I would still take the E55. If you want one, you should have a dealer find you a certified model.

 

Just making sure you know the upcoming m3 is going to be avail. in 4 door form in the near future.

That said, C63 looks like a ****.
