I have a Brand New Factory sealed (Not refurbished) 3Sixty.2 for sale. This unit allows you to add amplifiers to your factory system without the need to replace the factory head unit. I have this in my daily driver and it works great. You can customize the sound to your liking and even add an auxiliary component like Ipod or satellite radio. This is a great option if you want to upgrade your sound system without a massive project. This should work in all cars to the best of my knowledge.
