Simon,
I drove one recently and thought it was quick but the lag is worse and torque is delivered much later and not as progressive compared to the factory setup, nevertheless it was over 600 bhp and I know rob at dms who has chipped quite a few of my friends cars without any problems.

all the best

My DMS ECU

Hi Simon,

I recently had a DMS ECU retune on standard 997 turbo with a 200 cell Tubi exhaust.

The power improvement is noticeable. Similar lag issues to the factory setup pre 3000 rpms but after that it is apocolyptic!

Thanks for the replys fellas,
Just wondering just how much difference the re-map makes to the performance.I dont really want it to affect the way the car drives as standard,ie, moving where the power is, i would just like it to have more of whats already there. Also, thinking about getting this done to be sure of taking care of those pesky GT-Rs, when they eventually do arrive. Not that the standard car wont already do that, regards,SIMON.

You should notice less lag and a fastet TQ curve with a proper flash. There are serveral issues with the stock program and most have corrected these issues which results in more HP/TQ and a lower spool time.
