Need to UNLOCK 3 Motorola phone

I need help unlocking 3 Brand New Motortola Cell Phones
1 Motorola V3i
2 Motorola V8
Both phones are from LATIN AMERICA and I will like to unlock all of them so I can use them when I travel.

joekimdds is infamous around these parts

theres a place on melrose, think it's called dialnet...they unlock phones for $25...no affiliation but did my there couple of times
