It is made of C/CMC (Carbon/Carbon Metal Composite). By placing metals such as silicon, aluminum,bronze and titanium you get a better wear factor than the others. Also, my clutch is a "push" instead of a "pull" (like Tilton or Sachs RSR) so you will not wear the pressure plate by pressing down on the clutch pedal all the way to the floor.

I'm looking at both. mine failed due to the tranny oil leak. getting that fixed when the trans comes down.
