My city (orange county, ca) had a burglary at a high-end optics shop and over $30,000 of Chrome Hearts (primarily the diamond series) were taken.

Our detectives believe they caught the guy on ebay, but there may be other principals. Please be cautious when buying any Chrome Hearts (or other expensive items), as they very well might be stolen.

The major tipoff will be if you see items without original packaging. You might also want to ask for receipts (though most people admittedly don't keep receipts).

I'd hate for you guys to support a felon.
