Dallas: High end tire mounting and balancing?

Dallas: High end tire mounting and balancing?
I've heard that there exists a Hunter tire mounter that does not touch the lip of the wheel. Also, looking for a Hunter "road force" balancer.
Anyone know of a shop that has these in Dallas?
I would think a higher end wheel/tire place would have these. I don't want to take a risk with my new wheels.
