Accessorizing older MB - 2000 C280 Sport

I know that most of the cars here in this forum are the newer models - but I'd like some opinions on an older one as well, a 2000 C280 Sport. I already blacked out the lights in the back. To me, the back shape is really square in comparison with the newer body styles - and I'd like to break that up a bit if possible.

Now, here's my idea, see if you think it is reasonable.

1.) Paint only the bottom part of the back bumper black, so it looks like a diffuser - I think this will break up the square shape a bit. Any idea how much this would cost? (Just to paint this bottom portion on the back black.) The exhaust is not visible on this model, so that may look a little funny - but I am not sure if I want to put a fake exhaust there to mimic the AMG C43 model, I rather just keep it like that.

2.) Add a small trunk spoiler - Do you think black would be better instead of silver?

3.) Add a back window/roof spoiler - again black or silver?

This black vs silver theme may look good - it is the sort of stuff that works well on something like a Black Series AMG CLK - but maybe can work here too to make the back a bit "sportier".

My intent is to keep the original feel and class of the car without making it vulgar, but at the same time updating the look and sportiness a bit.

Here is the back picture:

1. painting only the rear bumper section might look funny without doing something in front, like painting the lower lip or section on the front bumper. I'd probably leave it as is - it looks pretty good now.
2. small trunk spoiler would be good, but I'd match it to the body color
3. roof spoilers might be ok for ML's but it might not be too good for your C class.

I agree that maybe a new wheel/tire configuration might be the best way to change the look without painting the car.
