Here in Europe if cars porduced in 2007 then they are marked on paper as 2007 but in USA some 997 TT car that are actually produced in 2006 where maked as 2007...I need to find 997 TT produced in 2006...

Anyone knows where and how I can find 2006 produced 997 TT in USA...or know when did they start coming US ???

May be by VIN numbers or something like that...anyone know what VIN will be for 2006 car ???


I am intersted to buy 997 TT produced in 2006...If anyone know where I can find one then it would a great help...

Several U.S. model year 2007 cars were manufactured in 2006. Character 10 of the VIN indicates model year, 6 = 2006, 7 = 2007, etc.

I am located in Russia and there is a big time diff btw also I am looking at many diff cars, so it more effective for ME to communicate over the net...I bought my current 997 TT like that as well...

Are you sure about that...did some research and I got 2006 997 TT and VIN letter 10 says 7...overall didnt find any 997 TT with 6 number...may be I misundertand something....
