Samsung 56" 1080i DLP Model HLN567WX Pro Model - Mint - LA Area
Selling my 2.5 year old Samsung DLP. It is 100% mint, no marks or blemishes. The remote is like new since I never used it (I use a home automation remote instead).
Info:
Picture is fabulous. I just put a new bulb in it about 6 months ago, they cost $50 or so to replace if neccessary, about every 3 years. TV has been a top performer for me, no issues. Computer output looks awesome on this set, it has a VGA and DVI input and settings for PC input. Standard def programming looks very clear on this set with the built-in upscaling chip. HD programming looks stunning- HD is only broadcast in 1080i so that's all you need.
This is the rare "Pro model", meaning it has the ultra-thin bezel, DNiE and Faruodja 1080i upscaling video chip. It also has discreet on / off IR codes as well as direct source select IR codes. Great for use with a home automation system or universal theater remote. This TV will also accept ISF calibration for the discerning home theater enthusiast.
This model was typically sold through an Audio / Video specialist since it is a “Professional” model version of the HLN-567W.
Here is some basic info on the HLN-567W- http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-HLN567.../dp/B0000A2UAG
The “WX” model has discreet on-off IR codes and discreet IR codes for direct input source selection.
Paid $3k - Selling for $800 firm, local pickup in West LA area. It is actually quite easy for two people to move, surprisingly not that heavy at all.
Comes with remote and owners manual.
PM me if interested-

Hi Scott- Yep still for sale. I have been so busy I forgot I had this listed for sale- never got around to listing in local newspapers.
If you want to come by and have a look shoot me a pm. I also have the media center table (under the TV) for sale, and a Panasonic 42" plasma pro-monitor (720p, not 1080p - perfect for bedroom use).
Everything is in mint shape, I'm sort of an audio / video junky.

LOL- Yeah I just couldn't resist buying them after getting a demo at CES.
Genesis 6.1 left / right and matching center. Finished in Porsche arctic silver and Mercedes black metallic. By far the best sounding speakers I have heard under $20k , each left / right tower has a 500w amp and two servo-controlled 15" subs which play down to 16hz. The sound stage is very open and so life-like with movies it's scary. http://www.dagogo.com/GenesisG6-1.html

...anyway, I have a bad habit with cars and sound equipment...
Samsung TV is still for sale- if anyone is insterested make offer.
