Any SLK55 owners/fans?

I've been a diehard SLK32 fan but with the introduction of the SLK55 a couple of years ago its been something that is slowly getting my attention. So just wanted to post here and see what's what!

Its a great car and very addictive whilst being comfortable and easy to drive, basically I drive mine rarely but now that the weathers getting cooler I am definitely taking advantage of the top down experience.

Have you ever taken it to the track? I know its an awesome daily driver but I wonder how fun it is on the track.

i own one in black. been great. did a head to head with a viper over the summer kept up till around 80mph. i'd say great bang for the buck.

ps. if you do end up getting a slk55 i would spring for new headers since they are restrictive and delete the resonator.

I know you can pick up around 15 whp with headers and x-pipe so its definitely on my mod list when I get a SLK55 (preferrably with 030 pkg).
