front LED lights?

I am not sure if these lights are functioning or not. So far, I have only been able to turn on only the most "lateral" single light in these group of lights that appear to be some sort of LED's.
Is there a way to turn on all of them?

You can remove your bumper, and swap the cluster for modified ones that have look white and change to orange for blinking (ie speedart) or look white and only the side bulb blinks (ie Vivid Racing.)
