They are black frame/black mesh. Great chairs, same designer as the Herman Miller Aeron.
These have the tri level adjustable arms, they are also adjustable 1" in/out.

Actual pics... flash/orbs might make the mesh look like it's got spots on it, I assure you, the mesh is 100% perfect, no punctures, scratches, stains... The only thing is they need dusted, which I will do before shipping.
