I don't know, it doesn't say on the packaging.
But I believe it should be fast enough unless your shooting 1080p video like from Canon 5D Mark II.

Which is what I have. I don't shoot much video, but I do a lot of sequence shots like flower tosses at weddings. Have you shot with it much? Is it reliable?

I got those 16GB cards a package, never opened/tried it, so I have no clue.
