2002 Porsche 996 TURBO

Features: GT3 interior, adjustable suspension and 125K mile warranty

Lots of pictures here :

I am the second owner of this well maintained Porsche. This car has many upgrades, with the most important being a new factory installed engine with only 8k miles on it since it was installed.

The car was bone stock when it was purchased by me with 49K miles. I am a mechanical Engineer and very picky about making only top quality modifications to my cars. I have added over $10K in top-shelf upgrades. Absolutely no changes have been made to the engine. And over the last 2 years I installed Porsche factory GT-3 seats and matching Stainless Steel Roll bar, and Schroth harnesses. I also had the car upgraded with adjustable Bilstein suspension all around and adjustable H&R Sway bars.

It has a comprehensive warranty that covers almost all components including mechanical and electrical parts until 100K miles.

2002 Porsche Turbo
58K miles
Seal Gray, Black Leather interior including doors, headliner, and dash
420 HP Twin Turbo, All wheel drive
Brand New Complete factory Engine complete including Turbos at 50K miles installed by Porsche
6 speed, Full Leather Interior, 6 CD changer
PASM – Porsche Active Stability Management System

The following options installed less than 5K miles ago:
Bilstein PSS9 Adjustable Suspension
H&R Adjustable sway bars front and rear
Car lowered to Porsche ROW European specifications
Porsche GT3 Clutch
Short Shifter (swift shift) Kit
Porsche Techquipment Factory Stainless Steel Roll bar
Porsche Techquipment Factory GT3 Seats
Schroth 5 Point Harnesses. Factory Seat belts are in place.
I have all the original interior parts

All mechanical work professionally done

$49,995 or BO

PRICE DROP $44.9!!!

It's my car: (The original owner had the issue under warrentee) The engine had a problem with the Chain and starting making noises and running poorly and was diagnosed by Porsche at the dealer. They chose to replace the entire engine from the Turbo on down under warranty. A BRAND NEW, NOT re-manufactured engine was installed. It is barley broken in and runs like absolutely brand new! The car has never had any mechanical driveline issues of any kind since I have owned it ever. It is 100%

I have to add that the seats are just plain comfortable. I have a bad lower back and these are the best for me, better than any other car I have sat in. I do have all the original seats in case that is what someone wants. Please PM me with question or email as indicated above, and check out the pictures on the link.

Saw this car on ebay when you had it for sale there... beautiful car. Good luck with the sale, and I hope that there is a car identical to this one available when I'm ready to purchase in about a year.

Thanks for the compliments on the color, I was told by the dealer that Seal Grey is the color most in Demand.

How easy is it to remove the rollcage? Is any cutting required for installation?

Really nice car... My favorite color too. And just the upgrades I would want. Has it seen much, or any, track time?

man... you got lucky and got a new engine shortly after purchasing the car. Are you basing your price off the fact that the engine only has 8k on it?
