I'm looking for a 2006 S (either 2 or 4) with around 30k-40k miles on it and in 6-speed manual.

Exterior - Black or White
Interior - Black, Grey, Red, or Terracotta

Not really picky about options, but the ones I'd like for it to have - Bose upgrade, PASM, Sports Chrono, Sport Exhaust.

You will find one for high $40k~ low $50k

 

Best thing one can do is have the car inspected by either the dealer or another shop. They'll run thru a long list of things and check the car over as best as they can. These can run a few hundred bucks but they're money well spent, especially on a Porsche out of warranty.
