Ipod is in perfect working order. I've owned it for several years and just updated to a newer one since i filled this one up with music. Great device and the rubber case is a high quality Trinity case that fits the ipod perfectly and protects it.

This item comes "as is" and is guaranteed to work perfectly, however there are no headphones or charger included. This is strictly the device alone with the rubber case.
