McLaren MP4-12C Unveiling in Toronto

Check out this piece from the recent unveiling of the McLaren MP4-12C in Toronto, Canada. He went through the car, met and interviewed the Marketing and Sales team and gives a little insight and opinion on his impressions of the car.

As much as I am not a fan of the exterior styling of the car, I do have to agree with him that the car does look a lot better in the silver and black combination. Also I can't deny the fact that the car is engineered brilliance! What are your thoughts?

I agree about the exterior and engineering. I just cant see taking it over a 458 Itilia. That is my biggest problem with it. It has a last decade look to it unlike the 458 which is futuristic and fresh. Just my opinion.

Agreed, though the interior is very contemporary.

I'm looking forward to the reviews but it looks perfectly modern in the color shown. The original bronze/burnt orange in which it was first shown was quite hideous.
Either way, I expect it to be a state of the art car and I wouldn't be surprised if it outdoes the Ferrari.
There is nothing like light weight and a stiff chassis to create the highest levels of performance and I believe that the McLaren excels at both.
