i wanted to ask you wheter you have any experiences with this dealer:

the problem is the following:

i placed my order for a set of 20" forged wheels on july 28 and paid full advance right away...

delivery time qouted on their site for this kind of wheels is 3-4 weeks.

after 5 weeks i got a mail that it will take some longer time because there are back orders and they are very busy...

i said ok. this is it and told him to keep me up to date as soon as he has news.

nothing happened. 10 days ago i sent 2 mails to ask for an update but no answer until today.

now 8 weeks passed and 2 weeks without answer to my mails. i am a little worried and wanted to know if anybody had a similar experience with them or maybe a positive one to make me feel better.

I don't know where you are getting your information from but no they are not sponsors here and never have been

 

ok... that sounds bad too. seems that i did a big mistake to place an order with them.

 

actually, I looked again and apparently they were a sponsor here for a short time and they were banned a few months ago for non-payment...my bad

 

i was wandering too, because i saw a thread where they were advertising their products...

so any advice in this case? i am in europe. do not know what an american would do in such a case!

i paid half with my credit card and half with paypal.

i suppose the credit card part will be no problem to recover but paypal refuses to help me in this case!!

 

wow...what good is Paypal if they let some users rip off other users...the credit card portion should be no problem...normally, I would try to help but since they have been banned from the board we have no influence any longer...you can file a claim with the Better Business Bureau in Florida and also the US Post Office, which will get the postal inspectors after them...his name is listed on the website I gave you the url to...there is also additional info in a pdf...he is nothing but a drop shipper working out of his home...if you know the manufacturer of the wheels contact them and let them know what you ordered and what/when you paid...they may be able to tell you if your wheels are being made or if they were never ordered...good luck

I wouldn't trust someone selling wheels and selling the business too. I say show me my money. rennen is on point. Great company.
