Video of 2011 Turbo S, overtaking 2010 Turbo
August 14; High Plains Raceway, Byers, CO; Porsche RMR PCA event:
Video shows (silver) 2011 Turbo S (with factory Bridgestone RE 050A, failing on their final day of adhesion after three prior DE track days, see photo below) overtaking (black) 2010 Turbo (with Bridgestone RE11's) Thanks to the 2010 driver telling me about the RE11's, I switched to them and went to Laguna Seca in September and loved them!
Listen to the Turbo S at full acceleration on the straights!
It sounds like a Ground-Launched Cruise Missile!
